Due to the growing popularity of these products, there are now imitations and counterfeits appearing on the market.  Everything here is a genuine Earthing™ or Groundology™ product.  Please be aware that official distributors are not permitted to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and so products sold there are not likely to be genuine.
 
This is a earthing bed sheets ideal for grounding you while you sleep. These are soft, robust 100% cotton bed sheets with conductive silver fibres woven throughout. .

The colour is natural cotton – more like off-white. Each sheet has a connection stud at the boundary where cord fits into the connection.

You will receive everything you need to start grounding: the earthing sheet, a 4.6m (15ft) connection cord, and UK Earth connection. If you are purchasing for use outside the UK – contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct connection for your country (there may be an additional charge - depending on where you live).

In order for this to work at its best, you need to be as naked as possible so your skin comes into contact with the sheet!

The sheet measures 305cm x 90cm (120" x 35").  This is big enough to fit across the bottom half of any size mattress, with ample tuck length.  The sheet can also be used fitted length-ways from top to bottom covering the whole mattress.  The actual conductive area is 201cm x 90cm (79" x 35") with a non-cotton tuck under of 52cm (20.5") on each side.  
 
Washing and care instructions

We encourage you to wash your Earthing product. Washing is in fact beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

DOs
Wash every 1-2 weeks
Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
Use a liquid laundry detergent
Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
Can be ironed on a low heat if desired

DON'Ts
Don't wash with bleach
Don't wash with fabric softeners
Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
Don't dry clean

Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver making it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties.

It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
